Imagine if you have delete your files and empty the Recycle Bin, is there any way to recover the files. There is a quick and easy way with System Restore. System Restore periodically create Restore Point for files on your computer.
To begin, create a bitmap file on the desktop and named it image.bmp

Now, create a restore point, go to Start > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

After a Restore Point has been created, delete the image.bmp from the desktop and empty Recycle Bin.
After that create a file on the desktop and named it image.bmp. Then Right Click on the newly created image.bmp file, and select “Restore previous versions”.

Navigate to the “Previous versions” tab. Select “Open”, “Restore” or “Copy” to complete restore the file

Right click “Windows” button, select “Personalize“
Click on “Start Menu“
Flag and Click “Apply“:
> Store and display a list of recently opened file
Click on “Windows” button > “Control Panel“

Click “Appearance and Personalization“

1) At the mail box, select the mail by flagging the box beside the mail
2) Select “Action” and a scroll menu appear
3) Select “View Message Source“
